Responsible for market development and customer maintenance of modified engineering plastics such as PPS, PC, PA, PBT, fiberglass/carbon fiber reinforcement, high temperature resistance, and yellowing resistance for Chuangyongjia, and deeply cultivating downstream application fields such as home appliances, drones, automobiles, and electronic and electrical products. Accurately connect with customer material selection requirements, provide specialized material solutions, sample follow-up, technical docking, and quotation negotiations, independently complete the entire process of customer development, order follow-up, and customer maintenance. Collect industry news on new materials, competitor information, and market trends, continuously explore potential customer needs, and achieve annual sales targets. Requirements include sales experience in the engineering plastics industry, familiarity with the properties, application scenarios, and injection molding processes of modified materials, good business negotiation skills, market sensitivity, and teamwork awareness, ability to adapt to short business trips, and strong stress resistance.
2、 R&D Engineer
Mainly responsible for the formulation research and development, performance modification iteration, and process optimization of modified engineering plastics such as PPS, PC, PA, PBT, etc. For the subdivision modification requirements of high temperature resistance, yellowing resistance, glass fiber reinforcement, flame retardancy, low dielectric, etc., carry out experimental proportioning, sample debugging, performance testing, and data analysis work. Follow up on product trial production and mass production process implementation, solve technical problems such as formula defects, performance non-compliance, and appearance defects in the production process, and continuously optimize product properties and mass production stability. Synchronize the establishment of research and development ledgers, testing reports, and technical files, and follow up on the iteration of new materials and technologies in the industry. Require majors in polymer materials, materials engineering, and related fields, familiar with the principles of modified plastics modification, additive combinations, and injection molding processes, possessing solid research and development practical skills and problem-solving abilities, rigorous and meticulous, and willing to study.
3、 Overseas Online Sales Engineer
Responsible for the overseas online channel operation and cross-border sales of the company's modified engineering plastic products, relying on cross-border platforms to develop overseas customers, covering overseas markets such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and America, and mainly engaged in various high-end modified plastic materials. Responsible for online store operation, product listing, inquiry docking, email negotiation, customer screening, and order follow-up, independently completing overseas customer development, business communication, quotation reconciliation, and after-sales connection work. Synchronize the collection of overseas industry market dynamics, material demand standards, and export policies to optimize overseas product promotion plans. Fluent in English reading and writing, with experience in cross-border e-commerce or foreign trade sales, understanding of the basic properties and overseas application standards of modified plastics, skilled in online customer mining, flexible thinking, strong sense of goals, and able to accept international time difference docking work.
