Conventional specifications: The industry defines thickness ≥ 3mm as sheet metal, 3mm~10mm thin plate, and 10mm thick plate; Standard sizes of 1000 × 2000mm and 1220 × 2440mm can be customized for cutting. Production process: extrusion, rolling, and molding (molding is commonly used for high filling special materials). Applicable materials: PC, PA, PBT, PPO, PPS, PEEK modified grades. Application scenarios: tooling fixtures, mold pads, wear-resistant lining plates, insulation partitions, mechanical panels, equipment protective plates, and milling of non-standard parts.
