The Chuangyongjia South China R&D Center is located in Xiegang Chuangyongjia Industrial Park, Dongguan. It relies on the Guangdong Provincial Modified Engineering Plastics Engineering Technology Research and Development Center to build a specialized R&D platform, focusing on innovative research and development of modified engineering plastics and general plastics. The platform adheres to the development philosophy centered on customer needs, tailors precise material solutions, and continuously creates value for customers through technological innovation.

The platform has established a lean and professional R&D team, consisting of 5 core R&D personnel. The team members graduated from key polymer universities such as Sichuan University and South China University of Technology, and have over 30 years of experience in developing modified plastics. They are well versed in downstream industry material standards and efficiently respond to various customized development needs.

The center actively promotes collaborative innovation between industry, academia and research, maintains regular exchanges with Shenzhen Advanced Polymer Materials Research Institute and Polymer Industry Association, and carries out joint research and development projects. Integrate internal and external scientific research forces, solve technical problems in modified materials, and accelerate the transformation of laboratory research results into industrial products.

Long term and continuous technological innovation has accumulated rich independent intellectual property rights. The company currently has 20 national invention patents and multiple utility model patents, covering enhanced, flame-retardant, weather resistant modified formulas and processing techniques, building a solid technological moat.

The R&D center has a standardized testing platform, which is divided into seven testing rooms: mechanics, thermodynamics, electricity, combustion, structural analysis, automotive materials, and environmental analysis. The management is divided into zones and the process is standardized to meet the comprehensive R&D and verification needs of engineering plastics.

The platform is equipped with high-end testing instruments, which can complete mechanical, thermal performance, flame retardant, electrical, rheological, material analysis, aging resistance and harmful substance testing, covering the entire chain of formula research and development, incoming material testing, finished product verification, and failure analysis.

Relying on the advantages of provincial engineering technology research and development centers, the R&D platform steadily promotes the construction of CNAS laboratory qualifications. Integrating talents, industry university research resources, and patented technologies, continuously optimizing high-performance modified plastic products, providing stable and reliable material solutions for the market, and helping to upgrade the quality of the new materials industry.
